Carla-Jane & Andy's Devon Wedding in the English Riviera

You could be forgiven for thinking Carla-Jane and Andy were stood atop a cliff in the Mediterranean, with bride Carla's barefoot dancing along the dry, dusty paths and as snow hits some parts of the UK in a rather unseasonably cold snap it's nice to cast my mind back to sunny Devon last Saturday! Carla-Jane looked beautifully elegant in a resplendent champagne beaded gown, as she arrived in the village of Marldon to marry long-term partner Andy in a lovely, and laughter filled (mainly spurred by Jacob - their son- having a whale of a time racing around the church before collapsing in a sleepy heap in the middle of the aisle) service before whipping off to go for a post-wedding stroll at the headland overlooking Thatchers Rock (the 'strolling' was by Carla & Andy - my part was more fevered running up hills after them, regretting wearing all black in the hot sunshine that blasted through the clouds!). A reception by the sea followed in the Redcliffe Hotel - with possibly a little mischievous cake-poking by some guests (purely just to check it wasn't made of rock!). Carla-Jane and Andy, I hope you had a fantastic day and wish you the very best for married life together!
