Wendy and Matt's Sunny Kew Garden Wedding

As a wedding photographer based in Devon I always relish the chance to head to the big smoke to go and photograph a London wedding. Wendy and Matt’s wedding day was no such exception, with an exciting mix of a ceremony at Kew Gardens followed by a boat ride up the River Thames back to a reception at the Lensbury Hotel in Richmond an exciting day lay ahead. This wasn’t just a day featuring Wendy and Matt, but their gorgeous two-year-old twins too. Highlights of the day included: Kew Gardens, that conservatory - need I say more; the twins and their fascination with camera lenses and make-up brushes; whizzing around Kew on a golf buggy; the bubble machines, major hit with the kids; Wendy and Matt’s bursting love for each other; the boat ride up the Thames - great fun looking at all the house boats and swish river-side properties; the cake cut and noticing all the finger-prints in the icing; that disco-floor! Wendy, Matt - it was a total joy to photograph your wedding day and I wish you both the very happiest of futures together with your beautiful family.
