Fiona & Dave's Exeter Wedding in Devon

After Friday's crazy electrical storm over Devon (aka "massive sky rave") I was wondering what Saturday would bring for Fiona and Dave on their wedding day in the pretty little village of Sandford, next Exeter, Devon. Thankfully the storm seemed to have made its departure by the time the late afternoon wedding ceremony was due to kick off. Fiona looked beautifully elegant, and very calm, especially being all set and ready to go well ahead of time. With a short, if slightly challenging due to the cobbles, walk in the late sunshine to the church the sounds of a glorious male voice choir that could be heard drifting out of the church doors. They set the atmosphere wonderfully (and caused a few tears, almost mine included) with a beautiful rendition of the Lion King's 'Can you feel the love' during the ceremony; and the answer was yes, you certainly could feel the love between these two; and all their friends and family. After a moving ceremony and a stroll in the sunshine it was the short walk back to the pretty Lamb Inn for a hog roast and some serious dancing to end the night. Fiona, Dave - your wedding was a pleasure to photograph, and I wish the two of you the happiest of wedded futures together.
