Emily and Andy's Glorious Spring Wedding at Tunnels Beaches

When I met Andy and Emily late last autumn as they planned their Devon wedding (far from the reaches of the Leicestershire home), they told me how much they'd fallen in love with Ilfracombe and the surrounding North Devon coastline, in particular Tunnels Beaches with it's spectacular clifftop location. As we chatted about their hopes for their day, the one thing they said they would really love to do, is to be able to go for a walk on the beach on their wedding day. Yesterday, that dream became a reality, twice, in fact, as after a cloudy start some late evening sun let them down to the shore again. The weather held and beautiful bride Emily, and a rather dapper looking groom, Andy were able to wed in an outdoor ceremony beside the sea, surrounded by their friends and families. My powers of observation were, at times, put to the test with the presence of Andy's identical twin brother, Phil (I don't think I got either of you muddled up during the day, did I?!). Congratulations Andy and Emily, it was a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple and I wish you every happiness together, and a lifetime full of walks on the beach, hand-in-hand.
